By accessing and using TravelEase ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
TravelEase provides online travel booking services including:
- Tour package bookings across domestic and international destinations
- Car rental and vehicle booking services
- Travel accessories and merchandise shopping
- Custom itinerary planning and travel consultation
3. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless installment options are explicitly offered.
- We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Tour Packages: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure. 50% refund for cancellations made 24-48 hours prior. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours.
- Car Rentals: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. No refund for no-shows.
- Shop Orders: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete personal information during registration and booking.
- Carry valid identification documents as required for travel.
- Comply with all local laws and regulations at the travel destination.
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.
6. Limitation of Liability
TravelEase acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We shall not be liable for:
- Delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines, hotels, or transport providers.
- Loss of personal belongings during travel.
- Natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure events.
- Health issues or injuries sustained during travel.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design elements are the property of TravelEase and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
